I checked the section 'work experience ' twice before submitting as it was the only section I needed to amend. I wonder if the system lost information in the untouched sections?

Are you able to re-do the profile from scratch? With CEC you should automatically get 600 points for a job offer with a positive LMIA as long as it is NOC code 0, A or B and assuming you have 12 mths work experience.

I managed to find a phone number to call a agent at cic .I'll see what they say on Monday when they open .I have another profile ready to submit if I have to
