Hello,

I was denied visa to canada on August 28. 2014 but am planing to re-apply, but am meant to start my course 2nd september 2014.

Can I still re-apply for visa after that date and would it be granted? Because it was written on the denial form that I can re-apply if I have fixed what they have denied me for which as be done.

No, you can't apply.

Please what can you advice me to do, because have sent a mail to the school to defer my admission to January 2015

You may try for January session. Take care of the reason they gave you for refusal and you'll be OK.

Do I have to get another admission letter from the school to take to the embassy if am defering my admission to January 2015 or I can use the initial letter

Isn't your initial letter for September session? You'll need another letter for January session from your college/university but it will be easier to get because you were admitted to the program before and they'll have plenty of seats for the upcoming January session.
