Guys i have one question finally we get document from employer that my wife is from 1 January on work, in personal history document that we send to Vienna we write that hi is working from 1 January. So now Should we send now the document or we should wait for they to ask ?

If it is not required, you do not have to send it. The VO in Vienna will send you further instructions if this information is needed and if the document needs to be presented. Keep the document in hand for any request from Vienna.
