Help :Working holiday Visa to Visitor but Lmo is in process

I from Hong Kong and my Working holiday visa is gonna to be expired at the med of Nov.My employer has been applied the LMO for me so i have few questions about that.

1) Am i need to change as Visitor while i am waiting for the approval of LMO?
2) Can i keep working after my WHV expired is that like implied status?
3) Should i say i want to change as Visitor because i want to wait for the result for LMO?

I 've been called the lawyer in Canada and told me not to change as visitor untill i got approval or deny but i read most of the posted here they all change their status as Visitor.

1. As an IEC (WHV) can't be extended, you can't continue to work after it expires.
2. If you don't apply as a visitor, then you will be out of status, not good. You can't apply for restoration as a worker, because you were on an IEC.

Hi there,

That's the way that i think but i am wondering what is the meaning of " Application to Change Conditions or Extend Your Stay in Canada as a Worker " Is that for the person who had work permit but waiting for the new LMO so they can extend to wait for that?
As you said under IEC can't be extended so no implied status for the person who applying LMO but waiting for the resulted?
