Help work visa rejected

Hello,

My work visa is rejected due to following reason

English language eligibility. And resubmit your English language eligibility with clb level 8.
My is clb level 7.
But our consultant said they already a letter for that.

If we will submit this letter then any chances..

Please advise.
 
But consultant said thay already submitted a certification that we have eligible with clb 7.
 
Please answer if we submit waiver certificate then chances to got visa.

Canada vfs accept this waiver certificate.

Please advise it's means a lot

There is no such thing as a "waiver certificate". Sounds like you are being scammed.
 
Waiver that means company provided a certificate that this candidate have eligible for my company if he have 7 clb leval.

As I said, sounds like you are being scammed. Post the job offer. How much have you paid this consultant?
 
Have you seen your account and the refusal letter?
It seems unlikely that they refused you with CLB level 7. It is a high score.

Yes we saw a refusal mail. And thay want clb level 8 don't know.. Even submit a waiver letter form company
