For biometric appointment in web form the first name option doesn’t have spaces while in my passport I have two first names mentioned which is mine and my fathers how should I enter it

It shouldn't be an issue afaik. You just need to type the first part of first name and the last name. If you really wanna be sure then you should book an appointment using the mail instead of webform. They will add your full name. Sent the bil, fullname, preferred vacs(maximum 2.
