Did you receive any updates yet? Also what were you asked to include in your Crohn's medical report? Many thanks.
In My case, it took 10 months to receive procedural fairness letter after medical was under review. If the cost of the medication is over limit, there is chance you get procedural fairness letter other wise no problem what so ever.

Congrats! It's great that they gave you the chance to adjust your medication.

I haven't had any updates yet. I haven't taken medication or been under a specialist for five years, but I did undergo surgery 9 years ago. I'm just wondering if they will ask me to prove my current state of health and for proof that I'm not taking medication. I'm arranging a letter from my specialist but as I say, I haven't seen him for a long time.

Yes, I had my medical passed after about 45 days, with no ADR. Best of luck to you :)

I haven't taken anything for almost 5 years, but I did have surgery 9 year ago and a couple of years of steroids/azathioprine.

My doctor said me that I'm in remission today, is there a way I can update the application or providing them this Info would that help my application In a positive way?

Oh that's amazing, congrats! As to updating your application, I have no idea I'm afraid, as I've never needed to update mine. Maybe have a look on the website for the contact number and give them a call. That way you'll know for sure.

Guys I have 2ghost updates in my account, but still my medicals are "review required". Does this mean I will receive a procedural fairness letter? It's been 6 months since my AOR. And 1 month since 2st ghost update.

Hi everyone,

Right now I'm in the process of applying for PR, and I recently did my medical test...everything is fine except for one thing,

I have IBD and I'm on Remicade, Remicade is a quite expensive drug, but it is not covered by Canada's health insurance anyways...I get it covered through a support program from the pharma company..

My disease is totally under control and I live perfectly normal with no major or minor health issues at all, the only thing is that I have to stay always on the drug...

So now I'm quite concerned, would that lead to my application being rejected cause of medical failure? does anyone have/know a similar case?
Hi Ahmedhere,

I am trying to apply for PR. Can you help me with IMM 5669 form. I have ulcerative colitis. Do I need to select YES in serious diseases in 6(K)?

I am also on Remicade same as you please guide me on Medical Exam. How will I prepared my self for Medical Exam?

Thanks in Advance
