I did reach out to them, they said that its just 5 digits. So I'm trying to see if any people who have got this issue solved for an answer.
Try asking for the routing number.

Try asking for the routing number.
The routing number which is 000235972, did sum to 9 digits, the problem is the transaction didn't go through. I contacted Nova Scotia Bank and it didn't work. Now one of the customer agents and a student who previously paid told me to try applying 0000 in front of the Transit Number.
