Help with Study permit application

Hi , I have question regarding filling the applications of Study permit , I already got accepted in George brown college , I want to include my son ( 15 years old ) with me in the application , my understanding that he can attend public school for free , Is there any chance of refusal to his visiting visa because he do not have any 1st degree relative there as someone told me.Should he apply for study visa for him also to be accepted.P.S. we are applying in one file .

He doesn't need a study permit, just a visitor visa. There is always a chance of refusal, especially if you are trying to bring your family. It shows you are uprooting your ties to your home country and makes it less likely you will return.

He needs a visitor visa & can register for school. what grade is in in? He can’t work (part-time after schoo) as a visitor. I ask grade because if he is graduating from high school soon then he will need a study permit if he wants to go to university or college.

he is going to grade 10 , so he can register for school if he is on visitor visa ?
