Help with Spouse Open Work Permit and Study Completion

I have just completed my graduate program. Study permit was granted for 2 years from Aug 2018 to November 2020, but I have finished within 1 year. I understand that my study permit will become invalid 90 days after receiving letter of completion, irrespective of expiry date. While my spouse's open work permit is valid until Nov 2020 to coincide with my study permit expiration, I am seeing this note at the bottom that says "Open work permit only valid while spouse is a full-time student at a designated learning institution." I am really concerned and worried about this statement. The immigration consultants that I have visited have never seen this note. My spouse is currently working and I will soon apply for PGWP. I am actively trying to find a NOC 0, A or B job to eventually have spouse work permit extended, but this note is baffling and may have serious implications for any plans going forward at this time.

Seeking any kind of help and insights from anyone in figuring this out. Thanks

Hi,
The matter was resolved with no issues. The IRCC website gave further insights on what being a full-time student meant and it explains it this way:

New conditions for what constitute a full-time student was implemented in 2014. It basically states that, if as a full-time student, one took a leave of absence or an unscheduled break of more than 150 days for whatever reason, then such a person is not considered a full-time enrolled student and this situation would therefore invalidate spouse's work permit (Section H makes reference to spouse of study permit holder). So while it's discretionary for a visa officer to put whatever they want, that note is a reminder of how one could breach the conditions of their study permit. Otherwise, it does not affect the expiration date of my spouse open work permit even though I completed program ahead of time. I now have a NOC A job, so I can also apply for an extension for spouse.
