Help with Sponsoring my wife and son

Good day,

I know this is pretty much basic questions to all but we just want to make sure we do the right thing without being denied.
For most the steps of Spousal Application is very basic please bear with us coz me and my wife are not really good on this filling up forms and the process.

My questions are the following.

should we fill up all applications ( application to sponsor and sponsored spouse application) ? for the sponsor and spousal sponsorship and submit all together ?
I have a son should i also sponsor him too ? or just apply for certificate of citizenship?

If someone here can walk us thru the process would be very much appreciated. Please direct message me for those who have experiencing sponsoring their wife and son. ( living in philippines or anywhere who have the same experience )
