help with restoration

hi guys, i have such question:
I lost status on December 14 2015 (refused for BOWP because got 1 EE application refused). My employer has applied for new LMIA for group of people including myself on November and got LMIA number on December. On february 13 we applied for restoration of status on basis of LMIA (by that time we did not have any answer; were advised to apply earlier by immigration consultant). Today we were informed that company was refused for LMIA and right now I understand it will be refused with restoration. But I have second application in EE with FSW in process (AOR 13 Feb- max waiting time August 13).

So I have a time till 10 March to apply for visitor visa on basis of waiting FSW decision and not wasting money on going home (and also request to cancel first application for restoration).
How do you think do I need to re-apply for restoration on visitor visa basis right now? or wait for decline with this application (because as mycic representative inform me it is 16 weeks + current processing time of work permit to process restoration of status application)?

Or what is actually the restoration processing time?

Since it has been less than a month since you submitted your application for restoration/work permit extension - I would advise trying to withdraw it. You can do that with a CSE -

Then you don't have to wait, submit your application for restoration / change to visitor status as soon as you can.

Thank you,do you think going forward with visitor will be better idea?
As reason for visitor visa i want to write that i have application for PR and do not want to loose money on traveling back to ukraine,is it a good reason?
