I'm Algerian, applying for a master degree in Electrical Eng in ETS "Ecole de Technologie Supérieur" in Québec.
I've prepared all necessary documents for apllication, but I don't have an idea about "rapport d'appréciation" which is an obligation for graduates with grads below than 3.00 of 4.3 .
they requested 3 "rapport d'appréciation" so what Can I do ? I tried to fill out the form available in their website but it seems that I need someone to write recommendation on me because I've some work experience related to Electricity ?
Help friends because the deadline for summer intake is next friday Mars 1st help please.
