My PCC is showing current address

Do i need to include PCC showing old address(before marraige) too?

That will be fine. You just need one PCC from each country lived in for 6 months since age 18. It is not required for each address in that particular country. You could have lived in 4 or 5 different states and still need only one latest address PCC.
