Hello,

I'll be applying for my study permit soon - as per the customized document checklist, I need to only upload "application for study permit made outside of Canada" form and "Family information form".

It did not ask me to upload TRV form, however, in the optional documents section it shows Schedule I Form.
I need to know how important it is to upload TRV form, I know that i would need that as well (the paper based application showed that form).

Also, please let me know whether I should upload scanned notarized copies of my degree and transcripts or scanned copies of the original.

Will appreciate your help.
Just for perspective, I am applying from Pakistan.

I will suggest you to upload trv application as is state in additional document , as far as trascript and degree concern just upload scanned copy ... I am also going to apply for study permit but paper based ! In which university you applied ?

Thanks for your suggestion.

I have applied to George Brown College for 1 year Postgraduate program in Strategic Relationship Marketing (with coop).

i am a little concerned about my application - the thing is I have already done my MBA but in Human Resources, and have been working as a marketeer for the past 3 years now.

I need professional qualification in marketing to progress in my career, hence this course.

Now I am afraid, the visa officers might reject my application since I have already done my masters.

What should I do to convince them that this program will help advance my career.

You're applying from Pakistan, I assume you're a Pakistani Citizen, hence you need a visa to enter Canada, so you need to fill out & upload TRV form or Schedule 1 or IMM5257B.

Scanned originals are much better than scanned notarized copies.

Thank you so much for your feedback..will stick to scanned copies of originals, and will fill out the schedule I form.
Also, please do let me know how can I make my SOP convincing - i am afraid I might get rejected because of the fact that I have already done my masters.

You're welcome.

If I may ask, what program are you applying for? If you have done Master's why not go for PhD? In your SOP you need mention why that program, why in Canada not in Pakistan, your ties to prove that you will go back home after your studies.

I think you should be fine since you applied for a PG program but you have to explain all of these in your SOP relating your MBA, work experience & future program if it will help your career & your country etc.
