Recently one of my close friends CEC PR application was rejected by CIC. reason mentioned "NOC code doesnt match with hsi job profile". After carefully checking that they were correct and his profile and the noc code that he used were not in sync. But the same NOC code was confirmed by the Enquiry service at CIC for NOC confirmation in case of any doubt the applicant may have.
I do not wish to make the same mistake due to the timelines and money involved in the process.
Could you please have look at mine and my spouses Duties and Responsibilities and advise what according to you suits our application the best respectively. We both have people management responsibilities at a British investment bank which has global presence.

•Managed Fixed Income & CDCP (Certificate of deposits & Commercial
paper) team of 12.
•Handled escalations from Counterparties, Repo, Cash & Collateral traders.
•Tracked KPI & KRI’s on a weekly basis and ensured the set thresholds’
are maintained.
•Attended Weekly control calls with global heads to discuss
outstanding recon breaks & operational issues.
Used the Escalation Matrix to get attention from Middle office, Legal,
Trader, Sales person and Credit risk Officers on ageing breaks or
issues.
Reviewed capacity and reallocated tasks within the team on a regular basis.
Managed collateral re-prices and substitutions.
Worked closely with the Global Settlements team, Front Office & middle
office to mitigate risk and improve client relationships.
Liaised with Fixed Income Operation teams globally like CDM, Recs and
controls, RDM, Instrument control, Network Management to maximize
operational efficiency.
Raised system enhancement request with Calypso Developers with
detailed requirements and monitoring the testing for production
deployment.
Risk management on failed trades.
Managed reconciliation breaks under the threshold using Intelli-match
and TLM for multiple RBS entities.
Calypso Development Projects (RBS)
Hardcore SWIFT message formats to ensure STP for new business or new markets.
Have done RCA on reoccurring calypso issues, closely working with
calypso developers to create codes.
Carried out tests on Test enviornments such as UAT0, UAT1 etc

Maintaining records of all the Final Coupon and Final redemption due to be paid.
Verifying the authentication of the rates provided by the calculating agents.
Notifying the clearers and depositories with the coupon details.
Executing the payments on confirmation and receipt of claim letters
before the deadline.
Reconciling payments and journals on daily basis.
Receiving Corporate Action notifications from Front office on RBS N.V
products and on that basis issue a notice to clearing agent to make
sure that DACE notice is circulated in the market.
Verifying the bookings/Payment instructions.
Arranging call backs for new payment instructions for audit purposes.
Executing payments and notifying the clients with value dates.
