Hi everyone, I need some help. Turns out it was a mistake on our end and on only form 0008 was my fiances first name put as his last and vice versa. All other forms have the correct format. We have sent in webforms but are yet to hear back. However, we have since been sent the request to do biometircs and medical exam. Should he go ahead and do these even though on the forms for both the names are reversed? Is it possible they will just send the whole application back at this point? We feel so stupid.

I think CIC is delay in responding to Webforms. I have submitted two weeks ago and there’s no response from them. They can change the name once they received and acknowledged.
