Help with IMM 5768

Hi friends,

I am filling out the Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship form. IMM 5768. For Question 14 - employment history there is a column Family size. In 2016, 2017 and 2018 my family size was 2.

I am sponsoring my mom and dad so the family size I am considering is 4. Should I put 4 all the way through or give the actual size as 2 in that column.
