Help with IMM 0008 form

Hello Friends,

I was issued a COPR and PR visa initially, but after I informed IRCC of the change in marital status, they requested me to send the passport and COPR back. They indicated that I will be issued a new COPR once the assessments relating to my spouse are completed.

I was asked to submit the following documents (along with other supporting documents) after I informed IRCC about the change in marital status.

- An IMM8 Application form including your spouse details.
- Schedule A form for your spouse
- Additional Family Information form for you and your spouse

My question is, who needs to fill out the IMM 0008 form in my case? Should it be me or my spouse?

Also, in the IMM 0008 form, there are couple of questions
1. 'Program under which you are applying' (Family or Economic?)
2. 'Category under which you are applying' (Spouse or Skilled Worker?)

What should be my answers? (I applied under Express Entry - Federal Skilled Worker program)

I'm good with the other 2 forms since they specifically mentioned who needs to fill them.

You fill it out exactly as before but with your spouse listed as a dependent.

You are an economic applicant.
