help with gcms notes

hello everyone! I just received my gcms notes and I was wondering if there's anyone who can help me understand it better

it says that the last updated date was 2021/12/21
so its been almost a year now even though they haven't asked for anything else

Eligibility: In progress
Security: Not started
HIRV:
Criminality: In progress
Org crime:
Medical: Not started
Misrepresentation:
Info sharing: Complete
Other reqs:
Final:

im not sure why criminality is still in progress because for the clients on the file we all supposedly passed , so why has the file overall not passed it ?
also would anyone know why they haven't started security yet ?
We're also under family class sponsorship
and i also ordered my father's notes (hes a refugee and hes the one sponsoring us) and he passed his eligibility and i was under the impression that if he passed it we'd also pass it?
and for my father he passed the eligibility, criminality, medical (however it says expired) and info sharing
his security is blank so im not really sure what that means , but does anyone know why he hasn't received his pr then ?

Usually once principal applicant is approved, in this case your father then they move to the dependant files through foreign mission. Your father's file is close to finalization, but there is no specific timeline because of the backlog and officer in charge of his file.
