Hi everyone
This is a great forum and I have found the advice on here fantastic so far. I am Canadian living common law in England. We have been living together for 7 years now so I hope we have enough evidence to prove we are genuine.
I have a question regarding the Application to Sponsor form Section C.6. b and c. It says that if I am sponsoring a spouse or partner in Canada class, do not complete b and c. Well we are applying outside of Canada so I assumed I need to answer. But the questions are so unclear to me.
b. if the above address is not in the country of nationality of the person being sponsored, has that person been lawfully admitted for a period of at least 1 year. Yes or no. Well the address is in the country of his nationality so do I ignore it or answer yes? Sorry I am confused because either way we look at it doesn't appear completely to be right. I am probably being very picky but it sounds like you have to be and I don't want anything to go wrong.
We cannot wait to get this posted! We have put so much time and effort into this that we will be celebrating just getting it posted and the ball rolling!
Good luck to everyone in their applications!
Jen
