You should get the message just after submitting your profile.. An email should come with a subject "You have a new message in your MyCIC account for application: XXXXXXXXXX".. The you should find a message under "check Status and messages" button from your profile with a subject 'Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank - March-X-2015 XX:XX:XX AM EST'..
