Help with ECA form Egypt

experts, I need a little help from you,

I am Egyptian graduated from faculty of Engineering -Alexandria University.

for ECA, i collected all the docs like certificate of graduation and transcript with grades and course description for my 5 years of study (Major: telecommunications)

Afterwards, I completed a Post-grad Diploma in computer networks.

My questions are :

1- I do not have documents for the Diploma, Should i request it or it is not needed in other words will it add points to my application in the current system or Express entry system ?

2- Which organization should i use for assessment? WES , CES or ICAS ? based on processing time, WES is much better but should i make my decision based on Processing Time only? In other words, are there any differences between reports generated by each organization, if so, which one is rich in info?

3- I am not sure if my faculty can send the documents on behalf of me, if this is not working what can i do with the docs i have (all stamped and signed)?

4- If i got all my papers ready by mid of November should i apply in the current system or wait for Express entry system?

5- I am currently a Virtualization and Storage solutions Architect, in which category should this job be?

Prefer WES. There service is really good and fast.

Just make sure you send all the documents as required by them.
