OK BUT DO I NEED THAT DOKUMENT , WHEN THE MOTHER (MY COMMON-LOW) IS TRAVELING WITH US, SURE SHE IS OK WITH THAT- THE CHILD IS NOT TRAVELING ONLY WITH ME ...?! I JUST DO NOT UNDERSTAND IF I NEED IT OR NOT?!
