Help with changing status and aquiring the eligblity to apply for PR.

Hello guys, a little background first:
My name is Michael and i'm 21 years old ,Few weeks after I finished the army my dad got a job offer in Canada, SK(LMO, NOC code 7321).
I came with him in order to help him because he still had difficulties with the language,
as soon as we arrived in the airport in Toronto my dad got his working visa for two years and I got a visitors visa for the same amount of time and been that I could be given a work permit in SK.
Since I arrived to Regina, SK , I'm not able to find any office that could help me get a working visa.
I'd be glad if any one could tell me if there's any way I could get a working visa and if I'm even eligible to getting one.was
And if I'm not, what could be my best way of acting in order to start the process for the PR.
My goal is to go to college at the end and hopefully pay for it by myself so that's the reason for the need for the work permit.

Hey my friend, you will need to get a Labour Market Opinion before you can be issued a work permit. Employers receive this document once they have applied to ESDC for "authorization to hire foreign workers" and gives an opinion as to whether or not the hiring of foreign workers will have a negative or positive impact on the Canadian labour market.

You might need to shop around a bit to find a company with an LMO. Most companies with LMOs available are fast-food restaurants, so that might be a good place to start.

No, there is no open work permit for a child, only a spouse (and that only in some cases).
