Hello ,

My application for study permit was denied last week , The reason of the denial is " lack of strong ties to my home country and I won't leave Canada after finishing my School. I want to apply again , How can I do that ? , Can I make it through my account or I will have to create new account and apply through it , I am applying online . Thanks

sorry , I forgot to attach the Denial letter from the council, I got the same letter for all the applicants ( myself , my son ,my daughter ) , The denial decision was based on 2 things,

1- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

2- I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence.

To resolve the reasons for the denial , I am going to write letter that shows more evidence of my ability to support my self and my family in canada :

-For me I will bring a letter from my work to tell them that they give me one year off work and I should return after finishing my program to continue my work

-For my daughter, I will tell them that she took python course and recieve a job offer after that inspite of she still undergraduate

-My son, he is a member of the Karate team in my country and will send his certificates and his ID in the national Karate union. As he is only 15 years

- I will also put a new bank statement and increase the cash more than the previous one .

please let me know if there is anything else I can do toavoid the denial again .
Thanks

So you, your son and your daughter are all applying for study permits at the same time? How is that not a big red flag that you're just trying to leave your country and not go back to Egypt?

That's not nearly enough money for the whole family. You would need to show $25,000 if only you were going. Your daughter will need to get her own study permit as a university student and will also have to pay international student fees. Not sure how expensive her program is but I think you'd want to show an absolute minimum of $50,000 if not more.

Looks like your daughter's tuition will be at least $25,000 for one year. So I'm going to revised my comment above to say that you would need to show an absolute minimum of $60,000 in funds.

I see multiple issues with your application. Respectfully, I think you need a reality check. I would you advise you visit a Canada educational consultant who can fully inform you about the reality of your situation.

-not enough money by far
-family applying together, red flag for immigration
-Doctor applying for PGD

The Daughter tuition fees was 15000 /year but the University approved her for partial scholarship and we only need paid 7000/year for her ,as all the cash i have right now is 17000CAD , Im thinking in only applying for her , do you think she will have better chances to get the visa approved if she is the only applicant than applying as a family ?

For your daughter only, it has to be University Fee + $10k living expense, which is approx. $25k. I know your daughter is approved for scholarship, but you will still have to show minimum amount without scholarship to have a better chance of approval. That's my understanding. Other members can comment as well that knows how scholarship + finances work.

And that's only for one year. You may as well have prove that she's capable of paying fee for rest of the years without working in Canada as well.
