Hi,

At the Start of february my BC PNP was approved. In Late March I submit my electronic application for permanet resident e-APR through express entry.

Today I recieved an email from my case officer saying what is below:

I am conducting some follow-up on your application. Please provide the following to assist me:
1) Copy of your work permit.
2) Last 3 months of wage statements with your supporting employer.

Please send this information by email. If a response is not received by May 26, 2016, a final decision will be made with the information currently available on file

Please what I could answer?

I am not in Canada yet because I did not submit the application to get this work permit.

I believe most BC PNP streams require a job offer/employer support, so am I correct that your BC nomination did NOT come from one of them? Which one?

https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/BC-PNP-Express-Entry-B-C/EEBC-International-Post-Graduate
for example?

Then you can write a letter of explanation that you do not have a work permit or supporting employer and that you fully qualified for XXXX stream of BC PNP, and also include the copy of your nomination certificate stating such. You can also attach a copy of the letter of intent to reside in BC that you previously submitted to BC PNP for your application.

When the BC PNP was approved I also recived a supporting letter with a new work permit. But I did not submitted the application for it yet as I thought in wait until the final decisión come through. And now I do not know what to say to my case officer.

Part of the supporting letter:

As Ms. xxxxxx’s BC employer, (company name), is urgently seeking to have her commence work for the company while she awaits the processing of her application for permanent residence, we request that her application for a work permit (to be submitted by the applicant) be processed without the need for Service Canada confirmation.
