Hi,

1. CAN ANYONE CONFIRM ME IS THIS LEGAL TO DO?

Yes.

2. I AM SUGGESTED THAT I NEED RELATIONSHIP PROOF FOR ALL THESE.

No.

3. HOW DO I GET THESE ?

Only specify your relationship in a sponsorship letter.

For sponsorship you need;

1. One reference letter (good if it's on official letter head) showing,

- Sponsor occupation
- Relationship to you
- Number of dependent they have!
- Full Contact details.
- One letter from the Sponsor's employer (on a letter head) showing;

1. Employer contact details
2. Business address.

4. SOME SAY I CANT TAKE HELP FROM SOMEONE WHO DOESNOT HAVE A DIRECT BLOOD RELATION TO ME ? IS THAT TRUE?

No.

• You only need to specify/write your relationship to your sponsor. There is absolutely NO NEED to attach any proof (In INDIA). However, I must tell you one thing, that if required (only in cases of some doubt/seeking clarification) CHC Delhi may ask you to furnish proof of your relationship to your sponsor.

Here I quote one column which I noticed in one official letter from CHC Chandigarh (In my case, it was actually a request for ‘Letter of deferral, but I noticed one relevant column):

Column number 10: Proof of your relationship to the sponsor of your studies in the form of 8th class/matriculation/senior secondary certificates/birth certificates of................... Affidavits are not acceptable."

Here arises one more question :
Does multiple sponsors affect the status of the applicant?
i mean right now i have three sponsors ,my dad,my grandfather(rather my grandfather's brother) and my maternal uncle.
will this affect me in a negative way?
also my grandfather's brother is retired pensioner.I dont think i can manage any Sponsor's employer letter for him now.
my dad and my maternal uncle are both businessman so i guess i can get the letters from them easily.

Hi,

1. Does multiple sponsors affect the status of the applicant?

No. It’s nowhere written that you can’t seek sponsorship from more thn 1 or 2 peoples.

2. i mean right now i have three sponsors ,my dad,my grandfather(rather my grandfather's brother) and my maternal uncle.

No.

3. also my grandfather's brother is retired pensioner.I dont think i can manage any Sponsor's employer letter for him now.

You can show pension documents. Like pension passbook, saving accounts.

*I would advise you to restrict your sponsorship from one person only (only if you are applying with in India). If that’s really not possible, thn it should be two.
