Help: Whats the procedure to apply online for student visa

Hi ,
Haris here

I have got my LOA form Concordia university into Meng program last week. I have also applied for CAQ . Need assistance to apply online for student visa , heard that the processing time is much faster than paper based application. Help needed ASAP Please. Im from Pakistan and my admission is of fall 2013
