Help!! What original documents do we send

Hello All! I am sponsoring my Mexican husband to come to Canada...Anyways we are pretty close to being finished our application, just have some tweaking and proof reading to do really. I am curious... What documents do we send have to be the ORIGINAL?? What documents are okay to send a copy of??

I am not sure but be aware, if you send originals make sure you also send a prepaid and self addressed envelope or they will not be returned. We accidentally sent my original birth certificate and our marriage certificates in and they have not given them back, and it has been a month of asking.
