help: what documents should i send to WES for ECA report

hi everyone
i want to ask for help about ECA report:
i have a doctor's degree. according to cic, i only have to get an ECA report for the highest degree to claim points. so in order to get an ECA report from WES, do i only send my documents for my docorate degree or do i have to send all post-secondary documents (bachelor's, master's and doctor's)?

my highest qualification is Masters degree. i sent bachelor and mastres degree certificates for my ECA report, i did'nt sent secondary school cerificates and intermediate certificates to get my ECA.

is it enough ECA with bachelor and masters degree?
