!!!Help!!! I'm currently completing my student permit requirements and I'd like to know if it's necessary to have my past diplomas and transcripts evaluated by WES/ICAS? The CIC website doesn't indicate anything though.

No, if it is not in the list of requirements for your country then you do not need to get it done. Always follow what is on the CIC website.

No, it is not required at all. Just submit transcripts.
