HELP! WES does not recognize my master's degree from UK..

Did anybody experience this before?

I sent my Bachelor's degree from Japan, and my master's degree from University of London to WES.
My master's degree was 1 year full-time taught master's program, but still it is MSc.

I got my ECA report, but it only recognized my Bachelor's degree from Japan.
There is no mentioning of my master's from UK.....

WHY?????
Is it because my master was 1 year program??

1-year master's program is popular in UK and I was wondering what people would do if they have UK masters???

There must be some kind of mistake from WES part coz they recognised my MSc from UK which was also 1 year Full Tkme equivalent to Candain Masters.

I think u should ring them up and try to find out the reason.

Is it a two-page WES report that you got? I did the same mistake, there were two pages while all the time I was looking at page number 1 and cursing WES.

Mine is MSc from University of London. I lost my original Master's degree certificate, so I called the university and they said they can only send "a certificating letter confirming my degree". I got a copy of this and it does not look anything like Master's degree. Maybe that's why? But it does say I was awarded with MSc....

I am going to call WES as soon as they open this morning... Last time I called, they put me on hold for 1 hour, I hope they answer quickly this time.

Yes it is a 2 page report, on page 1 I have my Bachelor's, and on page 2, they somehow put my summer school course I took for 1 month in UK....
NOTHING about my master's degree.... why.... why... I'm going to call WES.
It is too bad because WES took longer time evaluating my reports due to Christmas break.
Even thinking about having to redo evaluation makes me sick...

good luck. Call waiting is around 30 minutes at WES. hope they would have improved by now.

So I called WES first thing in the morning. I called them 9:00 sharp and they picked up the phone immediately. No waiting time.

Anyways, they said they did not receive my master's degree from UK and that's why they did not list it on my report. But it is strange University of London said they had sent it last month. I hope WES did not loose my master's.
I mean, if WES does not have my master's, my status should not be changed to "completed" if they are still expecting more papers, right? I paid the amount for Bachelor's and Master's evaluation......
I am expecting an email from evaluation team so hopefully they will tell me what to do next.

Your attention worked and you got a representative. That's good. For your Master's degree from the UK, do you have a tracking number from University with you? If yes, you can track your package on WES account. If it says received then WES will have to answer.

have you done ECA twice separately for Bachelor and Master?
