help ! webform request for priortize application refused

i applied visitor visa July 2nd and raised webform same day to priortize my application as i am immeidiate family member ( spouse) of Permanent residency holder , but today they refused my request , i attatched pr card and proof of relationship
so what should i do to priotize my application ?

What do you mean by they refused your request? How was it worded? Have you applied for spousal sponsorship?

Think you may be under the incorrect impression that the spouse of a PR is guaranteed travel to Canada. Do you have a TRV?

You do not need authorization to travel because you are a spouse of a PR.

BUT you still need to apply for TRV just like anyone. And because of strong tie to Canada vs tie to your home country. Most TRV applications of spouses are refused.
