Hello Everyone.

Thanks for the forum.I was actually nominated by Nova Scotia under Int grad stream today.I have a few questions regarding filing federal

1.Should i send my application to Sydney,Nova Scotia or directly to CPP-Ottawa ???

2.Should i send my police certificate and medicals along with my my application or i should send it only if requested by CIC ??

3.Which payment method is better ?? Online payment with application or filling form by giving credit card info ????

4.As i have previously filled the CIC forms for PNP,should i submit the same forms to CIC or i should again fill new forms with updated dates and signature ???

(PNP say they should submit the photocopies to PNP filing and the Originals to CIC for federal filing)

Any Help is appreciated as i cannot hire a lawyer whos is asking $ 2000

Thank you,
Bala

Please stop posting the same question again and again. Once is enough.

If you want free advice then you have to learn to be patient. Sometimes it can take quite some time for someone to respond.

If you want immediate answers, then you should spend the $2K and hire a lawyer.

1. Sydney, Nova Scotia. You may want to read the guide for Provincial nominee program as this information would be there.
2. If you have your police certificates, send them with your application. If you are still waiting for them, include a letter saying you will forward when you have them. As for medicals, you need to wait for CIC visa office to request it.
3. It's your choice - personally, I think paying online is better because it's done and you have the receipt. The issue with credit cards is your card could expire before fees are withdrawn or card issuer could block payment if they don't recognize the merchant.
4. I don't know, you would need to confirm on the provincial nominee site.

1. Send your application to Sydney Nova Scotia.

2. its better to send police clearance certificates with your application as sooner or later CIC will ask you to submit these documents. For medicals you first need to get AOR from CIC and they will send medical request later on.

3. If you want to save time and if you are sure you have enough balance in your credit card, fill information and send it over...or else other go with another option..its up to you.

Thanks

Hi Bala,
3. I would say to fill out cr. card information and send out rather than online payment. Because by doing this , you will know when the payment went thru cr. card and you can expect AOR after the payment got credited.
4. Yes, You need to fill out fresh application for CIC
