I am hoping to get some helpful feedback. My husband (from Morocco) was recently denied a TRV. We are both living in Korea (I am working as a Professor at a University and he is on a spousal visa, so therefore unable to work). They said we weren't satisfy that he is going to leave Canada. Our purpose to go on the short trip was to have our wedding party at my parents house. We want to reapply but are at a loss of how to prove that he is coming back here. He is not working so the proof that we showed he was coming back was our apartment lease (in both of our names) and my work contract (since I support him). What else can we show?
These are all of the documents we submitted in our first application:
1) Copy of husband’s Korean ID card (stating spousal visa status)
2) Copy of husbands’s Passport
3) Copy of Marriage Certificate
4) Copy of my Korean ID card
5) Copy of my passport
6) Copy of Rental Agreement signed by both of us
7) Copy of my work contract
8) My Bank Statements
9) Letter of Invitation from my mother stating she is having our wedding party at her house
10) Bank statements from my mother
11) Husband's resume stating work experience, volunteer work, and education since he was 18
What else should we submit? Please help us. We are beyond upset right now
