Help :( Visitor Visa Denied

I am hoping to get some helpful feedback. My husband (from Morocco) was recently denied a TRV. We are both living in Korea (I am working as a Professor at a University and he is on a spousal visa, so therefore unable to work). They said we weren't satisfy that he is going to leave Canada. Our purpose to go on the short trip was to have our wedding party at my parents house. We want to reapply but are at a loss of how to prove that he is coming back here. He is not working so the proof that we showed he was coming back was our apartment lease (in both of our names) and my work contract (since I support him). What else can we show?

These are all of the documents we submitted in our first application:

1) Copy of husband’s Korean ID card (stating spousal visa status)
2) Copy of husbands’s Passport
3) Copy of Marriage Certificate
4) Copy of my Korean ID card
5) Copy of my passport
6) Copy of Rental Agreement signed by both of us
7) Copy of my work contract
8) My Bank Statements
9) Letter of Invitation from my mother stating she is having our wedding party at her house
10) Bank statements from my mother
11) Husband's resume stating work experience, volunteer work, and education since he was 18

What else should we submit? Please help us. We are beyond upset right now :(

The letter states that we have not satisfied the agent that he would leave Canada at the end of his stay. We need more proof that he is coming back to Korea but don't know what else to provide to them. He doesn't have a job and I am supporting him.

Can your husband go studying in your university? Like working, going to school is another indication that he would leave Canada and return to his country of residence.

WE are not in his country of residence though. We are residing in Seoul, South Korea. Do you think it would help if he enrolled in a University program here? Would a language course (English) at a University Program suffice?

I think it will help if he enrolled in any University program as a full-time student.

Also, maybe you have to ask your mother to include this in her letter of invitation that your husband would return to his studies at the korean university after the party in Canada.

A rental agreement and work contract for you isn't enough to prove that your husband would leave Canada. Your husband needs to have his own commitments to returning. Letters from family members aren't going to help. Taking a single language course also won't help, because it's not a real commitment. Many people would break a lease or leave a work contract early or leave a part-time course in order to live in Canada. Maybe you wouldn't do that, but a lot of people would. That's why they don't believe you.
