Help Visa application got refused!!!

My visa application got refused.
Need advice
Reason : • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

About my profile:
2019 hospitality graduate with 58%.
Qualified IELTS with overall 7 not less than 6.
One year gap after higher secondary (preparing for entrance exam).
No work experience.
May intake 2021.
College: Lambton college.
Program: Hotel and resort management.
Applied through SDS.
Paid first year tution and GIC.
Applied for Gcms notes.
I don't know why they refused me kindly help me!!

Why would you take up HRM in canada when you already finished it in your country last 2019? Purpose of visit, your study must be an upgrade

HRRM is a graduate certificate program , a college diploma or degree is required.

But how is it different? Why do you need to take the program in Canada (spend thousands) and how will it lead to career progression in your country.

What reason on your SOP did you state why you are studying it and why canada? What purpose will it serve you when you go back to your home country? Is your hometie strong?
