- Collecting and preparing dairy, food samples. Conducting routine experiments using analytical methods for quantitative and qualitative analysis of food and dairy and products like milk, cream, whey protein.
- Performed laboratory experiments which included fat analysis, protein analysis, moisture, calcium to characterize the quality of food and dairy products. Assisted in more extensive testing with sensory and systems design & measurement teams when required.
- Used technical instruments such as high process liquid chromatography, kjeldal method, for checking
- Assisted in new ingredient and product development initiatives for the dairy applications area by designing and conducting experiments in the laboratory and pilot plant
- Assisted in developing new food formulations as necessary to demonstrate performance of our ingredients in order to best meet research project requirement and customer requirements.
