After getting file refusal for sep 2018 intake And going to re -apply... For Jan 2019..need to know same offer letter from CBU university Can be accepted because there is mentioned it is also accepted for jan 2019 intake, may 2019 and sep 2019 as well.
If somebody knows about it surely then please help me out...

You didn't get visa ? You mentioned before that You have got an approval

This time they will take less time bcz all your documents are reviewed by college....i also defer offer letter and 2md time i got in just 3-4 days
