We applied under spouse inland last year December. We have sa and aip and the file was still transfer to Etobicoke. Pls help me understand my notes. The officer even mentioned that he’s satisfied with our marriage.

You need to look at the reason for transfer. If it says workload redistribution or something similar then you're fine.
