Hello I’ve submitted sds online
18th oct-submitted application
22- Biometrics updated.
26- Medicals approved.
29th-We are reviewing your eligibility.
No further updates .
(My friend submitted his application with me and got his PPR on 29th)

For SDS, the normal processing time is 20 calendar days after your biometrics are updated. Cases vary from an applicant to another. They might be taking more time processing your background check or eligibility review, or both.

Why would you be worried if your application hasn't surpassed the normal processing times yet? = )

I'm at the beginning of seventh week now. I'm losing hope.. Webform also no response.

Seems each application is assessed differently based on the documents submitted, and that it's upto one's good luck to get a lenient / considerate VO!

This is 'cause I'm reading posts where some non-SDS paper applications are approved in exactly 1 week inclusive of the time taken to give biometrics!

Whereas I'm waiting since October 24 (online, non-SDS), with processing time in my country being 2 weeks!
