Help! TRANSFER VISA FROM OLD TO NEW PASSPORT

Hey!! Can someone help me!

So, i just got my working visa to canada on my old passport (i have a new one now). But its alright to enter canada, you just need to show up both of our passport. But The thing is that i need to enter canada before my old passport expires (22 june 16) otherwise my visa will go away. so my QUESTION is: how do i transfer my visa to my new passport so i dont need to enter canada 22 june Without loosing my visa.

Would be so grateful if someone could help me with this.

You need to file an application of visa transfer in VFS

charges : 1500 + 726 + 104

Forms :
Google : type : IMM-5257E
Visa Category : Visa Replacement
Document : forms, and covering letter mentioning that you want to transfer you visa to from old passport to new passport

I do not think you really need to transfer your visa. All you have to do is carry both passports. It is the passport that is expired but visa is still valid.

Thats what i read but The thing is on my visa it says "you must seek entry to canada to obtain your workpermit by 2016/06/22

HEY EVERYONE........IF HE HAS NEW PASSPORT AND VISA ON OLD PASSPORT THAN HE NEEDS TO BE APPLY FOR VISA TRANSFER....OTHERWIFE...YUH WELL KNOW.....

FEW DAYS BACK SAME SITUATION 2 PEOPLE BACK FROM AIRPORT AND APPLIED FOR VISA THAN THEY GO...
