Help to understand CIC letter abouth IMM5669 - Parents Sponsorship

Hi, I hope someone here can help me understand what CIC sent me

from the following I understood that

1. Need to sign by hand
2. Need to fill up form ( which was recently updated on their website)

my issue is the comment about section 6 does not say the sate if the mistake is any, I have no gaps on the original form and validation goes through, am I misinterpreting their request and just means to use the new updated with current information?

Please ensure that the form has been completed with details of your personal history since the age of 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is more recent, and does not contain any time gaps in Section 6. Missing information for the following time period: DD/MM/YYYY. Please provide a newly completed IMM5669. Please ensure to complete all sections of the form. Please ensure that you sign the form by hand once it has been printed.

You can send the updated form through IRCC webform to your visa office.
Can you post the dates you earlier fill in section 6......only post the FROM (YYYY-MM) ....and TO (YYYY-MM) and no other details......do not post your other details fill in section 6 like Activity, etc.......this will enable others in the forum to help look if their are any gaps.

Yes I did notice there is a new form, I started filling up already, here are the personal history, it is quite long, and I understood that overlapping is ok, btw, validate goes through on the form

Wakki you been more than helpful here, thank you very much for your help on this, my only concern about merging traveling ones is that they are to different city/countries, the other ones

traveling to different countries, the activity is traveling .....merging some of those traveling may make your history look compact and not too long or confusing..... its up to you if you want don't want to merge some of those traveling......whats most important is present the correct info and have no gaps.

Has the person really been travelling from May, 2017 to present (and ongoing?) No breaks in between to work, or live?

If they have, that's more than a year's worth of continuous travelling. Be prepared to be asked questions about this from CIC.
