I am a Canadian resident for the past 15 years. I want to sponsor my brother with his wife and have 2 kids, who live in Homs Syria and they lost their home, they are refugee away from their home.
Do you have any children or a spouse? Do you have any other family in Canada? If the answer to either of these is "yes", you cannot sponsor your brother.
