My earlier file was submitted by agent ! I want to reapply by myself. i dont have previous user details :

1) can i open new gckey account and reapply ?

2) where to mention about previous refusals ?

3 ) do i need to attach my and parents ID Proof like adhar card or pan card anywhere ?
