You are the pa or spouse? You got AOR?
Use application number and passport information
For the amount of person” put 2” if you have dependent add +”2”
Try this and see .. if not use web form and screen shot and send to ircc

Wait , is this for spousal sponsorship?
if you need to link to gckey use PA information
If you’re the spouse and have 2 dependents it’s “4” not 6

if this is for parents I am not sure.

So that's for PGP. So only PA + spouse (parents)? Assuming no dependent of PA (e.g. under age kids).
If so, it's 2 (sponsor+co-signer) + 2 (PA + spouse) -> 4.

when did you get AOR? it may take a few days before the application can be linked.
you can also try to call IRCC if there is incorrect info being entered in the application.
