Help to find correct NOC

Hello, I have done MBA in HR and Bachelor's in Hotel Management. I have been working in Hotel industry since 8 years as a Training Manager. I'm confused which NOC should go with, can somebody tell me the correct information about NOC I.e. which NOC is in demand for hotel industry and which one will be the right choice for my field. 1. I'm considering applying under NOC 1223 (Human Resources and Recruitment Officers) as I have about 9 years experience in this field working for 3 international companies. However, I have a BSc in Mechanical Engineering. would this be accepted based on my work experience? Would my education in Mechanical Engineering cause it to be rejected?
