So I finally received my passport today.
It has ended in praise.

Application timeline

Submission of study permit application: March 20
Biometrics request: March 20th
Biometrics submitted and update: March 27th
Medical request; April 5th
Medicals done: 28th April
Medicals updated to pass: 4th May
BVL received and PPR: 7th May
Passport submitted: 9th May
POE received: 12th May
Passport returned and received: 19th May

Everything done and dusted within 2months.
