I apply for the student study permit in the United States, however, my citizenship is another country.
I complete online application on June 11 and did the fingerprint on Jun 14. After that, I did not receive any message.
It is almost a month after that, so I use the webform to contact IRCC in New York. they replied to me that it is not their office to process my application and did not tell me which IRCC will process my application. VAc officer said all the study permit goes to New York instead of LA IRCC. I was really confusing where should I contact?
